Earlier today, The Vistria Group team came together on Chicago's westside to renovate a 30-year old park and basketball court. Partnering with Chicago Cares, the team prepped and mulched the lot, built planter boxes, and beautified the surrounding green space. We believe in supporting our communities not just through our investments, but with our time. We are proud to call Chicago home and enjoyed spending time together to reclaim and cultivate open space for our community.

Our Senior Partner and Co-CEO, Marty Nesbitt, was recently honored by College Possible Chicago at its annual benefit. The Vistria Group is a proud and long-time partner & supporter of College Possible Chicago, whose mission supports students from under-resourced communities get into and through college by providing academic, financial, and emotional guidance.
Last night at the MCA, we welcomed 300 supporters and champions from Chicago’s civic, business and philanthropic communities to recognize honoree Martin Nesbitt at our 4th Annual Results by Degrees Benefit. The event included a student speaker, a fascinating conversation between Marty and Gretchen Crosby Sims around entrepreneurship, philanthropy and education, and questions from College Possible students. We're grateful to our board, sponsors and supporters who helped make the evening such a success! The Vistria Group

The Vistria Group was recently on hand to cut the ribbon on its acquisition, Domain at Midtown Park, in Dallas, Texas. Joined by leaders from the Dallas Housing Finance Corporation and The Vistria Group’s partners on the deal, Northern Liberties and Waterford Property Company, the occasion marked the start of our partnership and beginning of long-term affordability. The 395-unit property will be converted from market rate to mixed-income housing with half of the units reserved for residents making 80% Area Median Income (AMI). This partnership builds on The Vistria Group's commitment to the City of Dallas where the Firm expanded their office footprint in 2021.
