This design-build project features an open-to-deck ceiling, custom millwork, specialty lighting, and custom glass fronts, along with multiple flooring selections. Venable Royalty, a premier oil and gas royalties firm, entrusted Northgate Construction & NGC Partners with the construction of their new office at 8111 Douglas. The space is a testament to refined craftsmanship, featuring Falkbuilt demountables, custom banquettes with wood slat dividers, wood slat ceilings, rich walnut parquet flooring, and bespoke walnut burl millwork. 🚧 Project Spotlight: Enhabit Home Health & Hospice at Energy Square! We’re thrilled to celebrate the recent expansion of Enhabit Home Health & Hospice into their 75,000 sq. ft. space at Energy Square in Dallas, TX. All four floors have been exquisitely designed by ENTOS Design to cater to the needs of Enhabits’ DFW employees. Formerly known as Encompass, Enhabit has been a valued client of Northgate Construction for over 8 years, and we are beyond grateful for their continued trust and loyalty.
