We are excited to announce that we have acquired NorthStar Owners Representation, a Philadelphia-based project management firm that that focuses on occupier clients in the non-profit space, including colleges and universities, retirement housing, charter schools, and museums. The eleven-person NorthStar team will join our Cresa Philadelphia office, and work alongside our existing Project Managers in that market. DVFriends' new Café Courtyard has been officially open for a few weeks to students, families, and staffulty. It has been remarkable to see how our community fills this space with laughter during events, lunch, and community time. Students and faculty have fully embraced the courtyard, enjoying meals outside on our patio tables, especially on sunny days. It's a beautiful day on site in Bethlehem! Serfass Construction is making steady progress on the construction of the Marshall at Lehigh. The site is buzzing with activity, from street work to crane lifts to framing - all right on schedule for the Fall 2025 term at Lehigh University. Looking forward to seeing the finished product!

We are thrilled to announce the completion of a project that transformed a classroom into a cutting-edge science lab at Freire Schools! It is incredibly rewarding to contribute to a space where students can explore, experiment, and grow their passion for science. We cannot wait to see the impact this lab will have on the next generation of innovators! A special thanks to Johnny Mills at Freire for his leadership, as well as our partners, Herman Goldner Co., Inc., CICADA Architecture/Planning, Inc., School Specialty Furniture and Equipment McHugh Engineering Associates, Inc. for their dedication and expertise that made this project a success! Exciting news for the upcoming school year at Delaware Valley Friends School! Our new terrace will be ready just in time for the students' return on September 3rd. Thanks to the vision of Kirk Smothers and Jason Manning from Metcalfe Architecture & Design, LLC, this terrace will serve as a versatile space that extends the café for outdoor dining, offer tiered seating for an outdoor classroom lecture area, and provides a beautiful venue for events and gatherings.  Special thanks to Chester Valley Engineers and B.R. Kreider & Son, Inc. for turning this vision into reality. This space is truly a stunning addition for all DVFS students, staff and alumni to enjoy!
