LA City is now leveraging Noteefy 🔔 to make it easier for golfers to find times! ⛳ 🚀 🏙️ We have all heard the crazy stories of trying to find tee times in LA (especially Rancho Park), from bots, brokers, and even the mob hording times... All this friction has made it nearly impossible to play. Dathan Wong🔔⛳️ and I built Noteefy to solve this problem. Our vision was that every golfer could have an assistant in their pocket to "democratize" access to their favorite courses at the ideal times. Golfers should not be pushed to the black market or need to dreadfully smash refresh to play this great game. With the City of LA and Noteefy partnership, finally there is a better way. Golfers can create searches at all LA City courses at once within their desired playing preferences (like 8-10am on Saturdays for the rest of the year), then get instant alerts when inventory opens. https://lnkd.in/gM2kwn7t All the revenue goes back to City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks Golf Courses. There are millions of golfers that live within a drive of America's top golf resorts. As a result - a major new revenue channel for these properties is the surge of DAY GOLF ONLY players 👇 🏌♀️ Day golfers are spending disposable funds on "mini golf trips," ie visiting top US golf properties for just 18 or 36 holes for the day, then going back home. A perfect example of this is Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa, with two championship courses and millions of active golfers in the DFW area. We are seeing a high number of locals come to the property, play the course (maybe even a steak dinner), then leave. Another would be PGA WEST®, The Club at PGA WEST, and The Citrus Club - which has world class golf and lodging but attracts many day golfers from Southern California. Operators - marketing to these golfers can help augment resort stay and play by plugging holes in the tee sheet at peak rate. The ancillary spend while on property (particularly retail) could be up to 50% more than the green fee. At Noteefy 🔔 we are working with dozens of resort courses that leverage technology to help reduce the friction of matching local golf supply and demand.
