Great progress at the 3rd Annual APAC ETA Forum in Sydney! It's hard to believe that just a few short years ago, search funds were virtually non-existent in Asia Pacific, and ETA was an unfamiliar term. We could only look to stories and lessons from Europe and North America for guidance. Fast forward to today, and the energy at this forum is palpable. We now have a growing group of local entrepreneurs who have successfully navigated the search fund path, and they're sharing their insights with the community. Aspiring search fund entrepreneurs attending this event have the unique opportunity to hear firsthand experiences from people who have acquired and are building businesses in their own market. This is valuable, inspirational, and a testament to the rapid growth of the ETA and search fund ecosystem in this part of the world. The conversations are shifting from theoretical to tactical, focusing on the real-world challenges and opportunities faced by CEOs, investors, lenders, and advisors in this space.
