Did you know cooperatives exist to serve their members? That’s right. Members help build co-ops by identifying a need or service and participating through co-op membership. #CoopMonth

I recently had the privilege to join NRECA’s inaugural Executive Leadership Program at Northwestern University - Kellogg Executive Education. During five incredible, transformative days, we immersed ourselves in engaging discussions and practical exercises designed to promote our professional development. A key focus of the program was on the power of authentic storytelling as a means to build trust. We gained valuable insights into the complexities of making strategic decisions and the skills necessary to lead high-performing teams effectively. I feel blessed to call these classmates friends and colleagues.
