NWI Nashville presented a check to McGavock High School in support of its Academy of Aviation and Transportation. The Academy educates high school students in preparation for careers in aerospace, aviation, and mechatronics. This donation will go towards purchasing iMacs for flight simulation, airplane design, and testing in x-plane, as well as for processing and editing drone footage. As the sole aviation program for high school students in Nashville, McGavock is in a prime position to introduce students to careers in aviation.                 The check was presented and accepted by Isis, a junior from McGavock High School. She is enrolled in the Academy of Aviation and Transportation program and aspires to be an engineer or mechanic in the aviation industry, and we’re thrilled to help support her journey along with the other students at McGavock’s Academy of Aviation and Transportation.   #nwi #aerospace #manufacturing #givingback #futureleaders
