Starting as a bartender at various locations, Deanna has become a beloved fixture behind the bar at Bellevue. In just a short time, she's already made loyal "regulars" thanks to her genuine care for every guest who walks through our doors. Meet Tyrone, an integral member of our O’Charley’s family and our 21st Ave Spotlight for June. Since 2012, Tyrone has embodied a can-do spirit and a relentless "do whatever it takes" mentality. Starting as a grill cook, Tyrone's journey has been one of relentless growth, progressing through roles from Kitchen Manager to Store Manager to General Manager, and now serving as an Area Director.   Tyrone's leadership is defined by his unwavering commitment to a "how can I help" approach, coupled with a genuine passion for nurturing the potential in others. Did you know? Beyond his impressive professional journey, Tyrone is a proud parent to five children and four grandchildren. Additionally, he brings a unique dimension to his role, having been ordained in 2001. Join us in celebrating Tyrone's remarkable journey and his invaluable contributions to our team.

It’s time to meet Lucy, our 21st Avenue Team Member Spotlight for April! She joined the Mansfield, OH team in 2019, initially as a server before rapidly ascending to the role of bartender and subsequently becoming Bar Manager in 2021. Lucy consistently brings an infectious smile to work. Her exceptional talent for making people laugh brightens everyone's day and truly sets her apart. Her unparalleled hard work and dedication shine through in everything she does. We are truly fortunate to have her as a member of our OC family.
