In case you missed it, we're thrilled to announce that the Operation Child Care Project will feature a dedicated breastfeeding/pumping and storage area for parents IN the marketplace at this year's Military Influencer Conference. 🤱🍼 Parents who pump milk often face the challenge of finding adequate storage, which can jeopardize their child's primary source of nourishment. This concern can hinder their ability to network and seize opportunities. The Operation Child Care Project aims to eliminate this barrier by providing a comfortable, private space equipped with snacks, drinks, a fridge, and a freezer for milk storage. This initiative underscores the health benefits of breast milk and recognizes the unique challenges faced by women in the military and veteran community. We are committed to creating a more inclusive and supportive environment for all attendees. Together, we're fostering a community where every parent can thrive. 💪 #MilitaryInfluencerConference #OperationChildCare #SupportParents #InclusiveCommunity #Veterans #BreastfeedingSupport #NetworkingOpportunities #MilitaryFamilies

🌟 Join us at the Military Influencer Conference! 🌟 Exciting news for all parents attending! We’ve got a dedicated breastfeeding/pumping area right IN the marketplace. 🍼✨ We understand that going back to private rooms to breastfeed can be a logistical challenge, taking you away from the incredible networking and learning opportunities. That’s why the Operation Child Care Project is here to keep you where you belong—connecting, growing, and making the most of your conference experience. 💡🤝 Let’s make this event supportive and inclusive for everyone. See you there! 💙 #MilitaryInfluencerConference #OperationChildCare #SupportiveCommunity #ParentingAndNetworking

Taking a moment in our day to congratulate our AETC Superstars who emerged as winners in our recent Newsletter Raffle at Torch Athena in #satx! 🎉 We wanted to share a little behind-the-scenes insight with you. Did you know that the marketing budget for the OCC Project is actually $0? Every single dollar donated goes directly back into our programming to support and empower our advocates. Since its inception, our case management has grown exponentially, which speaks volumes about the vital need for this support. The heart of the OCC Project lies in providing the necessary education and support to our advocates, enabling them to serve both their peers and themselves effectively. Hosting small contests like our Newsletter Raffle is one way we connect with and appreciate these dedicated individuals. Congratulations once again to our amazing winners! We hope you enjoy your well-deserved swag.

🎨 Design Challenge Alert! 🎨 Are you ready to show off your creative side AND win a $25 gift card? 💸 Operation Child Care Project (OCC Project) needs YOUR help to create a standout handout for our upcoming conference! What’s the deal? We’re putting together welcome bags for military members, veterans, and their supporters at the MIC 2024 in Atlanta, Georgia, and we want our handout to be the one everyone talks about! Your design will highlight our booth where attendees can snag free earplugs and eye masks—because let’s face it, we all know what it’s like to be "Tired as a mother… (or father)" 😴 Why enter? Not only will your design be seen by thousands, but you also get to decide your gift card choice. Plus, it's a fun way to support a great cause! How to win: 1. Create a quick, engaging handout design. It can be the size of a postcard or page. 2. Make it pop! Think about what would make YOU stop and pay attention. 3. Submit your design by September 6th. This can be on Canva, photoshop, PowerPoint, Paint (do people still use that?), or the back of a napkin with spilled chocolate milk in the corner. Remember: This conference's audience is military personnel, veterans, and their supporters. Keep it relatable, fun, and simple! OCC Project is a nationwide nonprofit serving all those who have served, so the audience overlap is perfect. 🎁 Bonus: Come visit us at the OCC Project booth during the conference for some free earplugs and an eye mask—because you deserve a break, even at a conference! 😉 Ready to get started? Drop your designs below or send them to info@occproject.org. Our team will get together to pick the winner on September 7th! #DesignChallenge #OCCProject #MIC2024 #SupportOurTroops #CreativeContest
