The Tampa City Council has granted approval for the transformation of the Central City YMCA site in Tampa Heights into a mixed-use district. The redevelopment will add 1.25 million square feet to the area, featuring a new YMCA, green spaces, a lifestyle hotel, office and retail spaces, and 400 multifamily units, with 10% designated for affordable housing. We are excited to collaborate with Ellison Development on this impactful project, which will break ground in 2025!
