Join us as we welcome Sarah H., Director of OK Catalyst. Hamby leads a dedicated team in advancing innovation and entrepreneurship across Oklahoma. She oversees the Federal and State Technology (FAST) Partnership and Small Business Research Assistance programs, providing expert guidance to entrepreneurs and researchers navigating the SBIR/STTR grant process. Under her leadership, OK Catalyst has implemented transformative initiatives like the SBIR Funding Labs, resulting in over 100 awarded grants/contracts and $60 million in investment capital for small businesses. Prior to her tenure at OK Catalyst, Sarah served for over a decade in the U.S. Air Force. Her military career culminated at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma, where she held the position of Chief of Operations Training for the 552d Air Control Group. Sarah holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprises from Syracuse University's Whitman School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Economics from SUNY Empire State College.
