Recently we constructed an Explosion Proof enclosure to house a Graco drum unloader for bottle filling to a nearby filler. This project included a simple control system for pump operation, along with monitoring of the environment inside the enclosure to ensure explosion proof compliance.

Water testing after the install of a semi-automatic COP system! Here we partnered with Sani-Matic to design and fabricate this system which allows for automated chemical dosing and water fill. Another solution to improve the manual cleaning of equipment between production runs.
