About us

ORE is a commercial real estate and property management company located in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. We are property managers for over 80 commercial properties including office, industrial and condominium associations. We are also the leasing agents for over 50 commercial property's. Olivieri Real Estate has old world values of hard work and integrity that includes constant collaboration with in-house architects, maintenance personal and marketing professionals. We have consistently added properties which has enabled us to keep costs in check and increase our service and efficiency and maintaining close personal service with our clients. On the office property management side, we manage and monitor offices from 1,500 SF Office Condo’s to 56,000 SF Industrial building projects. All of Olivieri Real Estate’s properties are in the Lincolnway area and surrounding areas so we are able to constantly monitor and keep a close eye on the happenings. One of our Property Managers “walk-through” every one of our properties at least one time per week. Knowing each one of our properties intimate details, we offer many options and solutions to making your building – one in which all who enter says “I wish my office were here” Our leasing side of the company leases suites from 200 SF to 12,000 SF of office space catering to the professional office suites and on the industrial side we have suites from 2,400 – 20,000 SF. We offer solutions to help you fill the space. We have architects “in-house” to give potential tenants options – before they even look elsewhere. We can make it work.
