Who said you couldn’t mix business and pleasure? Especially when the product is literally chocolate you can buy in Chicago… In Dec ‘22, I visited Atacún’s Chocolate Factory in Comayagua, Honduras. Very grateful to Justin for the invite. One of the few life-changing food experiences I’ve ever had – can’t see/taste 🍫 the same… In May ‘23, Brad and his team at Roast Umber & Atacún opted into a leadership offsite with OnCenter to work through some of their most important decisions around strategic growth, and relevantly: expanding distribution. Today, the remarkably talented folks at Metric Coffee just announced a collaboration with Atacún to release their Chocolate Coffee Bar. Couldn’t have imagined a better combo. Very sweet to visit their production in 🇭🇳, help shape some mission-critical decisions, and now see the results in my own backyard.
