October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a time to honor those affected and to amplify the importance of early detection. In 2024, over 310,000 women and 2,800 men in the U.S. will be diagnosed with invasive breast cancer. While these numbers may seem daunting, there is hope. Early detection leads to a 99% 5-year survival rate when breast cancer is caught in its earliest stages. Every action we take today brings us one step closer to a future where breast cancer is no longer a life-threatening diagnosis. At The Oncology Institute, we are proud to have experts in cancer care for women across our clinics, offering personalized, compassionate care every step of the way. From advanced treatments to early detection resources, we are committed to supporting our patients and ensuring they receive the best care possible. Together, we can empower more people to take charge of their health. #BreastCancerAwareness #EarlyDetection #TOICares
