ONE Carmel

What an exciting time for One Carmel as we reach another milestone! Tomorrow, we will start the installation of natural gas and electricity from PG&E. Today, we held our pre-construction meeting to officially kick off this process. We're incredibly grateful to everyone who has helped us reach this point. This is just the beginning—there are many more milestones ahead in this amazing project!

This week we celebrated everyone who has contributed to these significant milestones. One Carmel couldn’t have done it without you. Exciting News Update from ONE Carmel! We're thrilled to announce that the Monterey County Planning Commission has approved the entrance design at ONE Carmel (formerly September Ranch). Our subdivision, 30 years in the making, will bring 73 market-rate and 22 affordable homes to 891 acres, along with 243 acres of open space. The entrance will feature an elegant approach, including a sign, guard kiosk, fencing, retaining walls, and landscaping. This achievement is the result of the hard work of all our teams and the tremendous support from the local community and Monterey County.
