Founded in 2020 by some of the world’s most respected business leaders in response to the racial justice movement, OneTen is a coalition of more than 60 employers working to advance economic mobility for diverse talent without four-year degrees. Our mission is to create one million career pathways that catalyze economic mobility for Black talent, and others, without four-year degrees.
