Often that’s triggered when customers come to us with product failures due to poor design, improper (or slow) mold-making techniques, inaccurate material composition, incorrect firing methods, and temperatures, or generally long lead times and shipping delays. Once the mold is designed, the refractory materials for the shapes need to be selected, mixed, vibrated, and poured into the prepared mold.
