OpSec is thrilled to be sponsoring the fourth annual Policy Dialogue, organized by INDICAM in collaboration with the International Trademark Association (INTA). Held on October 23 in Milan, the theme is reinforcing the protection of IPRs against online counterfeiting: challenges and practices in the digital age. As digital commerce continues to rise, so do the tactics used by counterfeiters. These replicas are showing up across e-commerce platforms, social media platforms, and as hidden links buried in search results. OpSec’s Kevin Day, VP Sales, is looking forward to addressing the newest trends in counterfeiting, and ways that brands can combat illicit sales. “The fight against online counterfeiting requires advanced technology, constant monitoring, and rapid reaction. Dialogues such as this are crucial for brands, platforms, and law enforcement to create a united front against infringements. By working with industry leaders and providing brands with forward-thinking solutions, OpSec is dedicated to supporting brands as they protect their intellectual property and maintain consumer trust in an everchanging digital landscape.” To learn more about the event, or join online or in person, register here: https://lnkd.in/eyx8zX4s
