🌟 Congratulations to Aimee Samuels, DNP, RN, FACHE on earning the distinguished FACHE credential! 🌟 This accomplishment showcases her unwavering commitment to leadership, continuous professional growth, and the pursuit of healthcare excellence. She is dedicated to driving large-scale change while supporting patients and their families in her role as Director of Risk Management and Patient Safety at BETA Healthcare Group. Her love for science and the fast-paced nature of healthcare inspired her career path. “I love the innumerable possibilities for growth available in healthcare,” Aimee noted.  Her journey in healthcare began at 15 as an EMS Cadet. With almost 23 years in the healthcare industry, Heidi has been driven by a deep passion for helping others. In her role as Director of Specialty Practice – Behavioral Health Operations at Samaritan Health Services, she continues to make a deep and meaningful impact in the field and in the community. Heidi’s journey into healthcare began during her third year of college when she had her first physical health challenge and experienced being a patient beyond the annual checkup with primary care. She recalled “Seeing the dedication of the healthcare professionals firsthand inspired me to pursue a career focused on helping others. That moment set me on the path I continue to follow today.” When we asked for one piece of leadership advice that has made a difference in her life, Heidi commented “Throughout my leadership journey, I’ve been fortunate to have incredible people, mentors, coaches, and influences who have shared valuable advice.
