Think Organic Valley sells to people who just want to buy milk? 🥛 Think again! It's a lot more granular than that. And it has to be in order to make an emotional connection with the customers who do buy their milk. 🫶 HUGE thanks to Joshua St. Aubin, the Director of Digital at Organic Valley for sharing how they look at user experience (#UX) and customer experience (CX) on digital channels. Take a listen wherever you listen to podcasts, or peep the link to the YouTube video for this episode of the Social Media #CX Podcast in the comments. 👇

Great news for family farms and dairy businesses in Wisconsin! Yesterday, U.S. Senator Tammy Baldwin and U.S. Representative Derrick Van Orden helped lead on introduction of a dairy infrastructure bill that supports dairy companies/brands and farmers. At Organic Valley, we know that small family farms are the heartbeats of our rural communities and the backbone of a sustainable food system. This proposed legislation provides vital resources to help bring dairy to market. Let’s keep pushing for policies, like the Dairy Business Innovation Initiative that uplift family farms and the dairy economy which supports rural economies and health food for families.
