Orion had its annual offsite last week, where we aligned on strategy and spent quality time together as a team. This year, we also enjoyed some friendly competition through the Orion Olympics!   During the offsite, each functional team reassessed its long-term vision before the full group came together to discuss what we would need from each other to make our ambitious goals achievable. Thank you to the full team for bringing your thoughts, aspirations, and energy to this offsite. We already can't wait for the next one!

Our final discussion of the Orion Leadership Development Program (LDP) with the Caliber Service Management focused on triads: all participants are grouped with two other managers to help them take on the challenges of both the LDP and their everyday roles with a support system. Cecil Moore, Nicholas Neeser, and Scott Dentremont, CPA, CMA delve into how their triad members shaped their experience with the LDP. This fall, we will be bringing over 50 more managers into the LDP community. Through this program, we're excited for leaders at all levels to take advantage of their full potential. Participants will dive into the introspective work and the communication skills needed to excel as an effective leader. We can't wait to see what fall holds in store for our LDP members!
