All of our 911 Communications Specialists are trained in first aid, CPR, & defibrillator use. They are prepared to give step-by-step instructions for calls about medical emergencies.

If you find yourself in an emergency, please note that our click-the-link feature by Carbyne allows our Emergency Communication Specialists (ECS) to text a link to your phone and once opened, allows our ECS access to your location and video throughout the duration of the call. Our 9-1-1 phone lines were down from 9:04 am until roughly 9:15 am this morning. They are back up and working again. We are calling back all calls that were dropped during that time. Please don’t call to “test” if our phone lines are working again, as your test call takes a call operator away from a real call. We don’t anticipate any further disruptions to service but our vendor is monitoring our systems closely. We are still working with our vendor to identify the cause of the service disruption and will update the public once we have that information.

PSA: We recently had a disruption in service to our 9-1-1 phone lines. Our 9-1-1 phone lines are now back up and working. We are working with partners to identify the cause of the disruption.
