Recently, 23 OrthoVirginia leaders from across the state attended a Lean Green Belt training. The Green Belt course is a qualification that prepares you to become a certified project manager using the Lean Six Sigma methodology. It focuses on how process efficiency can be improved and how processes can be designed to deliver quality.
