Teachers and staff at Saint Francis Solanus Catholic School in Illinois could see that their literacy instruction needed to change. That's when they began evaluating new approaches that would help all students erase learning loss. When they found IMSE and adopted Structured Literacy, a transformation began. I am so excited to announce that I have been appointed Executive Director of the IMSE Foundation! "The IMSE Foundation is a non-profit organization that works to ensure all children in every zip code learn to read. An extension of IMSE Orton-Gillingham, the Foundation plays a major role in expanding teacher access to IMSE’s training in order to help students across the country achieve reading proficiency." Dyslexic Edge has been a proud partner of IMSE since 2023 and I will continue to lead both efforts in our mission to level the playing field for all children across the US!
