    We're excited to announce the release of the 2nd annual State of Sales Development report! 📊 You can view the fully ungated report using the link in the comments. For this report, we invested in a third-party market research tool and conducted a double-blind survey of 1,000 sales organizations with ARRs ranging from $10 million to more than $1 billion. The report contains metrics surrounding GTM strategies, outbound channels, AI, investments in sales development, quota attainment, pipeline generation, and more. The full report is a must-read, but here are some key takeaways: -85% of sales leaders believe the phone is an effective pipeline generation tool, and 70% of organizations say the majority of their pipeline comes from the phone. -2/3s of sales leaders say their reps spend at least 11 hours per week on prospect research. -70% of sales leaders expect to add more SDR headcount in 2025. -53% of pipeline comes from account management/customer success. -87% of sales leaders say AI has positively impacted their reps' daily experience.
