The Connected Communities Initiative is a strategic agreement between OSF HealthCare and Illinois State University that combines the respective talents of the health care system and university to address health care challenges in our communities. Bethany Franciskovich, project assistant at OSF Innovation, has been with OSF HealthCare for nearly 1.5 years. Her role allows her to support various initiatives, from organizing leadership meetings to coordinating team-building activities. She loves the variety of her work and the opportunity to witness the collaboration of different teams, contributing to the broader success of the organization. Bethany finds great satisfaction in knowing that her efforts help bring impactful innovation projects to life and create a seamless experience for both the team and the organization. For Bethany, the OSF Mission of serving with the greatest care and love is at the heart of everything she does. She believes in going the extra mile, whether coordinating a project or assisting her colleagues, by being thoughtful, attentive and kind in every detail. She knows that even small acts of care can have a big impact. This approach helps create a supportive environment where people feel valued and can do their best work. Bethany’s commitment to this philosophy is evident in every project she touches, making her a vital part of the team. Bethany recently got married in September. Her husband, Nathan, also works for OSF as a facilities condition assessor. The couple shares a passion for their roles at OSF and recently celebrated their honeymoon in Italy, exploring the art and history. Bethany is also the head cheerleading coach at Canton High School, a role she treasures as she helps guide young athletes to become their best selves. Whether at work or on the field, Bethany embodies the OSF Mission of serving with the greatest care and love.
