1. What do you do to improve your mental wellness? I am actively involved in various healthy activities, which I believe help me manage my mental wellness. Normally, every two weeks, I go hiking and jogging has become a weekly routine. I also frequently participate in charity runs. Additionally, I have donated blood 37 times so far. I maintain a clean and organized work and home environment. I am confident that all these activities help me maintain good mental wellness.   2. When did you start doing this? Coming from a family with a police background, I was raised with high discipline. Therefore, I have been active in such activities since I was young.   3. Why did you start doing this? Besides the high discipline, these activities help me stay active in my daily life and with my family. I also do these activities with my husband.   4. How do you motivate yourself to do this regularly? As a working wife, I need to stay active, enthusiastic, and cheerful. Engaging in these activities helps me remain positive overall, allowing me to take care of my family and perform well at work.   5. Any advice for others on mental wellness? I encourage everyone to be active and involved in physical activities because I believe it will benefit ourselves, our families, and those around us. It might be challenging at first for those who are not used to it, but over time, it will become an enjoyable activity that you will love.  

1. What do you do to improve your mental wellness? I improve my mental wellness by respecting and loving myself. I exercise regularly, such as running 3-4 times a week after work and doing Yoga and Pilates on holidays.   2. When did you start doing this? I have been exercising regularly for about 5 years now. I started with Yoga and Pilates on weekends. For 2 years now, I have been consistent and disciplined with running. I also regularly participate in 5k and 10k races, and most recently in August, I took part event race in the 21K Half Marathon Awal Bros Run in Batam, with finishing strong and happy.   3. Why did you start doing this? When I exercise like Running, Yoga & Pilates can control stress and boost the body's ability to deal with existing mental tension.   4. How do you motivate yourself to do this regularly? I remind myself of the positive changes I've experienced and how these activities contribute to my mental and emotional health. Having a routine and finding enjoyment in the process helps maintain motivation and I just remember how good I am felt after. Feel the endorphin energy, one of the happiness hormones.   5. Any advice for others on mental wellness? Start with small, manageable changes and find positive activities that resonate with you personally. Consistency is important, so make these practices a regular part of your routine. Additionally, seek support from professionals or loved ones if needed, and be patient with yourself as you develop new habits.
