The beginning of the school year is upon us, and OSSE staff are busy preparing play therapy and sand tray therapy kits for school-based clinicians! Training on play therapy and sand tray therapy techniques was provided to clinicians through the Advancing the Recruitment and Retention of Our Workforce (ARROW) Back-to-School Learning Institute. Clinicians learned how to integrate engaging, hands-on, play-based interventions into their clinical practice. They will then take these kits filled with blocks, dolls, fidgets, games and more back to their schools to support their students and school communities!
