About us

In September 1990, Heritage Bank was chartered by a group of local businesspeople alarmed about the shrinking access to community banks able and eager to respond to regional consumer and business banking needs. Now serving Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky through 19 branches, the bank remains a family-owned institution, already grooming the third generation of leadership. In an age of ongoing consolidation, Heritage Bank is resolute about remaining an independent bank, rooted in the communities where we operate.

  • Dalton Webster is ready to welcome customers to Heritage Bank’s new location in Ft. Mitchell, starting Monday, September 16. He will lead the team currently at the Crescent Springs branch located down the street from the new branch. Dalton was most recently the Universal Banker at Heritage’s Burlington location where his facility with customers and banking acumen were noted by executives based in the same office. Dalton’s career in banking seems almost inevitable. Some of his most vivid childhood memories revolve around spending time in a bank branch his mother managed. He learned to count and do arithmetic “helping out” behind a teller line. He can even remember stepping inside a stand-alone ATM and thinking it was as cool as a spaceship. Although Dalton is one of our youngest branch managers, his approach to customer service feels like a throwback to the days when banking was more personalized and community oriented. “When you call or stop by our branch, you engage with a person who knows you and knows your story. We are here to help and make a difference in the community we serve.” When Dalton is not working, he enjoys the great outdoors, working on the family farm, working in his yard, boating or soaking up the sun on a beach. One of his life aspirations is to visit all 63 National Parks. Member Heritage Bank. Member FDIC.
