Inducted into Louisville Business First's Forty Under 40 Hall of Fame, William Summers has and continues to be an incredible asset to our team! His commitment to caring and drive to create spaces where everyone can thrive not only fits within our mission but has helped drive it forward and truly create an impact not only at Republic Bank but in the Louisville community as a whole. • • • • • Some highlights of Louisville Business First's profile on William: "[William Summers] joined Republic Bank, where he’s gone back to his community roots and said he feels much more at home because of shared values. 'I think Republic Bank has been a good fit for me because its founder, Bernard Trager, was a community guy, deeply rooted in caring for and creating opportunities for people,' Summers said, values that are very much in line with the legacy of his family." "Summers in part leads Republic’s Community & Multicultural Banking Division that is focused on supporting nonprofits, minority-owned businesses and developers aiding Louisville’s underserved communities. It has provided credit lines, loan deposits, financial literacy classes and more to business owners of color, woman-owned businesses and veteran-operated ventures." • • • • • Read the full article on his incredible IMPACT below!

Helping build a community where everyone can thrive is a big part of our mission. One of many ways we can uplift members of our community includes supporting health equity and accessibility, which is why our NIA BRG showed up in support of Black Men's Mental Health Day! This 3rd annual event hosted by the African American Male Wellness Agency works to address health disparities in the black community and empower men to take care of their mental and physical health. As an organization, we recognize the importance of leaving an IMPACT on those around us and strive to strengthen not only our clients but our whole community.
