We assembled this panel of women in leadership to address how you can unify the two so they work together seamlessly. When both people and processes are optimized, higher profits follow. Join us to learn from Marta Harris, Quality Systems Manager of Purple, Jessica A. Elwell, COO of OxEon Energy, Caroline Chapdelaine, CEO of Northstar Photonics, and Casey Bevan, CEO of Ferreus Industries, Inc. This is going to be FUN! WHEN: Wednesday, June 12, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. WHERE: Silicon Slopes HQ | 2600 Executive Pkwy #140, Lehi, UT 84043 FREE EVENT: Panel, Q&A, Lunch & Networking Register in the comments. 1. She is no stranger to managing the way people and processes work together to create a great product efficiently. 🛏 2. Jessica A. Elwell is the COO of OxEon Energy and helped create the Mars Oxygen In Situ Resource Utilization Experiment (MOXIE) that is currently aboard NASA's Perseverance Rover producing oxygen from planet Mars' atmosphere for the first time in human history. 👩🚀 Glad I get to hang out with her in person through the Utah Business advisory board. Thanks Melanie Paris Jones! 3. Casey Bevan is the CEO of Ferreus Industries, Inc., which is a sheet metal fabrication shop that does everything from laser cutting to welding to metal coating. She is now the CEO of Northstar Photonics, a company that manufactures gyroscopes for the military. We recorded a podcast together that will be published this month! 🎙 HERE'S A PEEK AT ONE OF MY PANEL QUESTIONS A lot of people focus process improvements on the plant, property, and equipment, but the fact that people run the processes is commonly missed. How do you make sure people are engaged in continuous improvement and have a true desire to make things better?
