Last week, Oxford employees—and a few of their furry friends—came together to support The Pittsburgh Promise with a charity walk. We’re proud to raise awareness and funds for such an important cause. A special thank you to our generous board chair (and chair of the Promise), Anne Lewis, who matched all donations, doubling the impact of our efforts! 🐾💙 #PittsburghPromise #CommunitySupport #OxfordCares

We’re excited to share the news that Shawn Fox has been appointed as the new leader of Oxford! Anne Lewis, our Oxford Board Chair, described Shawn perfectly: a creative, trusted, and respected professional with the vision and experience to drive us forward. Shawn’s entrepreneurial background, including co-founding Collier Capital, the development arm of RDC, perfectly positions him to lead Oxford with fresh energy and a modern perspective. His appointment underscores our commitment to evolving and growing in a rapidly changing business landscape. We’re confident that under Shawn’s leadership, Oxford is on the path to even greater success and innovation. We’re looking forward to the exciting journey ahead! #PittsburghBusiness #stripdistrictpgh #CREPgh

Earlier this month ESG Manager Nate Tovornik spoke on a panel at the EV Charging workshop hosted by Duquesne Light Company. Did you know that by 2030 EV's will represent 40 - 50% of total passenger car sales? Oxford currently has 50 EV plugs across our portfolio, and we just signed the Charge at Work pledge making the commitment to include clean transportation access at our workplaces. #CREPgh

Last week Oxford's Wellness Committee hosted a lunch and learn at Burns White Center focusing on health and nutrition presented by Jesse Holloway from Madabolic. Thanks to Lucid Juice 412 for the tasty samples! We've all been having our movement snacks ever since! #MADabolic #stripdistrictpittsburgh

Oxford was proud to support the Children’s Museum gala last week and their mission to provide innovative and inclusive museum experiences. Philanthropy has been a core value of Oxford since our inception. And there’s no one that lives that value better than our Board Chair, Anne Lewis. For decades Anne has willingly stood in the center of all things Pittsburgh, providing time, energy, and financial support. In 2001, Anne led the Children’s Museum in the largest development effort of its 25-year history: a $31 million capital campaign to underwrite the consolidation of two historic Pittsburgh landmarks, the Old Post Office Building and the Buhl Science Center, into a LEED® certified (Silver), award-winning architectural design. The iconic 150-foot Gulf Oil smokestack at U-PARC, built in the 1940s, just got some much-needed TLC! The top 4 feet were removed due to wear, and the rest was expertly repointed. Shoutout to our amazing local restoration contractor, NAES Power Contractors. They usually handle giants up to 1000 feet tall, so the Gulf stack was a ‘baby’ in comparison! #PittsburghBuildings #CREPgh #PittsburghHistory
