Rich Graduated from Valle Catholic High School of Ste. Genevieve, Mo. In 1979. Following High School, he was a 3-time All-America wide receiver at Northeast Missouri State University (now Truman State University) in Kirksville, Mo. He has been named to the Truman State All-Century Team and has been inducted into the Truman state Hall of Fame. He Graduated with a BSE in Physical Education in 1984 and signed a contract as a wide receiver with the St. Louis Football Cardinals in 1984 and signed with the Cleveland Browns in 1985. Following his NFL career, he was in Education and Coached High School sports. In 1989 he received his MA in Education from Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, Mo. On June 1, 1992, he became a Licensed Sales Representative with Ozark National Life. In 1994 he was named Territory 2 Agent of the Year and was Promoted to a District Manager position. In both 1996 and 1997 he was named Territory 1 District Manager of the Year and promoted to Zone Manager in 1997. In 2001 He had the #1 Zone both in Production and percentage of increase and was named Ozark National Life Manager of the Year. In 2004 he had the #1 Zone both in Production and percentage of increase and was named Ozark National Life Manager of the Year. In 2016 he had the #2 Zone in both Production and percentage of increase, was in the $100,000 club and received an Ozark National Life Special Achievement Award. In 2017 he had the #2 Zone in Production and was in the $100,000 club which also mentioned him as Top Producer. In 2019 Rich was elevated to the Recruiting Director Position, which was followed quickly by a promotion into the Vice President of Recruiting role. Originally from Ste. Genevieve, Mo. Rich now resides in Rolla, Mo. Rich has been married to his wife Stacey since 1985. They have one Son Gavin Otte, and one Daughter Gabrielle Cunningham, Son in Law Kenshay Cunningham who have Blessed them with two Grandsons Kyson and Kieran Cunningham. 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗢𝘇𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘃𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿. 𝗪𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲𝘀' 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝘄𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲.
