Hoidale Team Spotlight: Commitment and Care for Our Community At Hoidale, our strength lies in the compassion and dedication of our employees, like Tiffany, who inspired us with her incredible story. After facing multiple surgeries for her daughter Charlee, who was born with hip dysplasia and a mild form of spina bifida, Tiffany and her family found invaluable support at the Ronald McDonald House in Kansas City. As a gesture of gratitude, Tiffany is leading a meaningful initiative to collect pop tabs, which help fund Ronald McDonald House's vital services to families in need. We're proud to join Tiffany in this endeavor and invite our employees and partners to participate in friendly competition across branches. Together, let's make a difference in families like Tiffany's. Collect those pop tabs and visit our Hoidale branches! #HoidaleCares #CommunityFirst #RonaldMcDonaldHouse #FuelingProgressTogether

"It's about who you become – not what you achieve." - Molly Fletcher, Bestselling Author, former Top Sports Agent, Podcaster We took these words to heart during the recent Lead Wichita/The Global Leadership Network Summit (GLS), as we fully believe in supporting our team and providing a safe environment for growth and expansion of each other's thinking. Doing so better serves our customers and our community. How? Molly shared that we should pursue: 1. Purpose - know why you do what you do. It’s about fulfillment. What impact are we making? What are our goals? Purpose unlocks drive, and drive unlocks purpose. 2. Curiosity - creates changes and choices for us. Work on your listening skills, ask questions, and get into the heads and hearts of the people you work with. Challenges are what keep you going. It is about the drive to get better, not just to achieve. 3. Energy - What’s at risk if you change your energy toward something or someone? Great leaders manage their energy. They chase the right stuff. Make daily efforts to align your values and your purpose. 4. Boldness – Step up and overcome your fears. Where are you playing it safe, thinking small? Challenge yourself to grow -- again, it's about what you become, not what you achieve. Thank you, GLS for inspiring us to hone our leadership skills to better serve each other and our customers! We were also honored to be a sponsor for this year's event. See you for GLS 2025! Are you ready to fuel your progress? We bid farewell to one of our long-time outstanding team members, Brenda Phillips, as she retires after 34 years with our company. Before she moves into retirement we took time out to learn a little about her and who has positively impacted her professional and personal life. 1. What would be your death row meal? There are so many things I love. Probably a nice juicy steak, topped with mushrooms and onions, sauteed in butter, loaded baked potato and salad w/ ranch dressing. For dessert, a sliver of carrot cake and a sliver of chocolate cake. 2. What could you make a Ted Talk about with little time to prepare? Game shows. I love them. Ask me the host or the game rules or even some of the contestants, and I could talk forever. Jeopardy is my fave. 3. If you could get an answer to a mystery (i.e., Bermuda Triangle, Amelia Earheart ), what would it be? Where is my husband Clark’s good watch? It disappeared when we moved, and he thinks I trashed it. I promise I didn’t. 4. Who has had the most positive impact on your life? There have been so many. My parents probably first and foremost. They were young parents, with six kids, who were strict, but still loving. We always had what we needed, but never too much. My dad was in the military and my mom maintained our household. We had trials and tragedies but were always able to move forward with love and gratitude. Secondly, I would have to say Rick, David, and Steve here at Hoidale. These guys cleared the path for this journey I’ve been on for the last 34 years. They are three very different personalities, each with fantastic skillsets. And lastly, I can’t leave Clark out. He’s the most patient man alive to have put up with me for all these years. He has insights and goals and dreams and ideas, and there’s nobody he would rather share them with than me. (Or Sandra Bullock.) Are you ready to grow with us? Let’s fuel your progress today: https://lnkd.in/gt5Nf9Z6. #Growth #Partnership #Collaboration #TogetherWeThrive #FuelingSuccess #FuelManagementTips #EfficiencyMatters #CommunitySupport #GiveBack
