About us
Long envisioned as a major international cultural institution in the heart of Lower Manhattan, the Perelman Performing Arts Center (PAC NYC) is the final element and cultural keystone of the 2003 plan developed during Mike Bloomberg’s tenure as mayor to rebuild the World Trade Center site after the tragedy on 9/11. PAC NYC is a cultural destination and testament to the power of the arts to inspire and unite us. Located on the corner of Fulton and Greenwich Street on the World Trade Center campus, PAC NYC is currently under construction and will open to the public in September 2023.
