The Chicago Marathon is this Sunday, October 13th! Pace is wishing all of the runners participating a very safe and successful competition! Please note that ADA Paratransit service will be impacted by road closures for the race throughout the downtown, near west and near south side and north lakefront areas on Sunday, October 13th. We encourage passengers to consider postponing any non-essential trips to those areas on Sunday.

Pace is proud to announce that the agency has been honored with a prestigious Center for Digital Government Special District Project Award for the groundbreaking Mobility as a Service pilot program! This award recognizes Pace's innovative approach to improving public transportation access and simplifying the rider experience with Transit, Pace's recommended trip-planning app. "At Pace, we’re always looking for ways to improve access and streamline our services for riders," said Pace Chairman Rick Kwasneski. "Our Mobility as a Service pilot has provided a unique opportunity to bring together different forms of transportation into one easy-to-use app. This allows riders to travel more flexibly and efficiently, bridging the gap between fixed-route services and demand-response options like never before."
