She was also a finalist on the Food Network's Holiday Baking Championship, showcasing her incredible talent. In her spare time, Aishia loves baking and sharing traditional recipes with her kids. In her new role, Aishia will focus on developing innovative learning strategies for our franchisees and corporate team members to elevate our brand even further. She looks forward to diving into the PB curriculum and collaborating with team members on our development practices to ensure everyone thrives. Hami has been an instrumental team member of the PB Family for over 8 years. In her previous role, she supported both the Marketing and R&D teams, ensuring program alignment, communication, and seamless processes. Additionally, she served as the chief editor for the publications of our Gatekeeper and Baguette Buzz—both of which are crucial internal and franchisee-facing communication tools. In her new role, she will be responsible for overseeing our culinary vision and innovation of our cakes, pastries, breads, and beverage products.
