Park Construction is proud to be a part of the City of Chanhassen's City Street Rehabilitation Project. We’re currently improving 3 miles of roadway across two neighborhoods, including utility upgrades, grading, and bituminous paving. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality work that will enhance the community for years to come. 

We take pride in delivering excellence on every project, whether it's a large-scale multimillion-dollar venture or a smaller-scale local endeavor. An example of one of our smaller projects is Street Smart Rentals in Columbus, Minnesota. Our team provided earthwork and paving services on a short roadway and cul de sac, optimizing functionality and access to this local business. In addition to the on-site improvements, we created a bypass and turn lane on the adjacent CSAH 23 to improve traffic flow. Street Smart Rentals is a testament to our ability to deliver top-notch services, ensuring that even smaller projects receive the same attention to detail and commitment to excellence as our larger ventures.

Although our new shop in Blaine has been open for a few months, there was one last task to finish—pouring the concrete floor in our brand new warehouse! Thanks to our skilled team, who are experts in concrete construction, the process was smooth and efficient. We're excited to have this final piece in place, allowing us to continue delivering the quality work our clients expect.

We are currently providing concrete construction services on the Fargo Wastewater Treatment Facility Expansion Project. This massive facility is being expanded to add membrane treatment technology and increase the overall WTP capacity from 30 to 45 million gallons per day. Our team is hard at work on concrete formwork design and installation, anchor bolt placement, and steel installation to help make this vital infrastructure upgrade possible. The Chaska Town Course sprawls over 285 acres dotted with oak groves, open prairie and picturesque wetlands. ⛳ Park Construction was selected to complete a full reconstruction of the paved golf cart paths on Holes 1 through 10. Our work included 19,000 square yards of reclaiming and 3,200 tons of asphalt. We worked with the City of Chaska to complete the project work in a short time frame, allowing the course to remain operational and minimizing any disruptions to the passionate players who cherish this beautiful course. 🏌️

Park Construction was proud to be a part of the 2024 Rib Fest & Career Fair in Arden Hills, Minnesota. Our incredible team fired up the grill and served some mouthwatering ribs that left everyone craving more. But that's not all, we also had some awesome Park Construction swag for all our friends and supporters. We were also promoting job opportunities for veterans and military service members within Park Construction. What makes this event even more special is that it's not just about fun and food – it's about giving back to the community. All proceeds from the 2024 Rib Fest & Career Fair go to support the Minnesota Building Trades Yellow Ribbon 501c3 programs. These programs make a significant impact on the lives of Minnesota servicemembers, veterans, and military families. We're incredibly grateful to have been a part of this meaningful event, and we want to thank everyone who joined us, supported us, and helped us contribute to such a worthy cause.

Here at Park Construction we are proud to be a MUCA member and a sponsor of the recent Day of the Dozers™ event. This annual event provides an opportunity to educate Minnesota families about the construction industry, while at the same time raising money for a wonderful cause - Children’s Minnesota. At the event, children were able to ride inside a wide variety of construction vehicles alongside a friendly certified machine operator, play in sandpits, participate in other fun activities, and enjoy great food from some delicious local food trucks. Park had 2 featured pieces of equipment at the event - a Cat D5 Dozer and a CAT 336 Excavator. We'd like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our dedicated staff members who generously donated their time to make this event an amazing experience for all who attended.

Our team has been hard at work on the Wall Avenue Reconstruction Project in Horace, North Dakota. We are providing earthwork, concrete paving, bike trails, sewer, watermain, and underground utilities on this City of Horace project. One of the most exciting aspects of this project is a new connection in the local trail system, which will link the Lost River and River’s Edge residential developments to downtown Horace — making it easier for residents to jog or bike around the city. 🚴
