Did you know? Performing a nares and soft palette repair on a brachycephalic dog is beneficial because it can alleviate breathing difficulties caused by narrowed nasal passages, improving airflow and overall respiratory function. This procedure helps enhance the dog’s quality of life by reducing respiratory distress, often GI related health issues, and other related health issues. Today, Dr. Chung performed a Nares & Soft Palette repair on our very own Chyna’s fur baby, Donnie! He was such a brave little patient and is already on the road to recovery. We’re so proud of him and grateful for Dr. Chung’s skilled care!
