Juan Ortiz became a member of the Park West family in 2019, when he was hired as a Construction Leadman. After roughly two years, he was promoted to Foreman, the position he holds today. Some of the key projects he has worked on in his tenure came with adversity, but Juan never faltered; he continued to improve himself and his team through each and every project. On top of his leadership, Juan is a joy to be around, so much so that he is a client favorite! The core value Juan most demonstrates is RELIABLE. He is extremely consistent in his work and his relationships; in every demand of a project, you can always count on Juan to follow through (and with a smile on his face)! Scott Oliver began his Park West journey in 2019 as a member of the Landscape Training Program (LTP). After graduating, he was eager to dive into construction and learn more about the industry. His first role was as a Project Engineer but because of his flexibility and interest in the industry, when the opportunity to become an Account Manager came around, he gladly said yes. However, Scott couldn’t stay away from construction or the Empire and is now, once again, a Project Engineer. Through any role at any branch, Scott’s PASSION for landscape and attention to detail make him a standout member of the Park West family. His adaptability and eagerness to learn come from a genuine zeal for the industry and for Park West. One of Scott’s other passions is baseball, a sport he played from childhood through college. Additionally, his love for food is unmatched and his list of restaurants to try spans from Baja to Northern California! When he isn’t checking out new restaurants with his family, he enjoys hanging out at Lake Havasu. Thank you for an incredible 5 years Scott. Can’t wait to see what the next 5 years bring!
