We enjoyed hosting the latest Crisis Intervention Team Officers and Deputies across DeSoto County and North Mississippi! They had the opportunity to tour our facility and learn about our programs and services that could be a resource when responding to community mental health crisis calls. These specialty-trained officers work to de-escalate those struggling with mental health. #CrisisIntervention #MentalHealth #Support

During this month, check in with yourself. Are you stressed and feel like it is taking over your thoughts constantly? Stress affects everyone, even though not all stress is bad stress. Try to practice some self-care by getting enough rest, staying physically active, or leaning on a support system. If you feel it's starting to become overwhelming, consult a health professional. #MentalHealthMonth #StressTips
