Many organizations report feeling a little stuck, not knowing how to get the impact they want from DEI initiatives. Implementing DEI in your organization is like any change management effort - it takes intentional, ongoing effort to ensure your people, processes, and tech operate in ways that support your values. PTKO was thrilled to support DMAW board and staff in building a tactical plan to bring their DEI goals to life throughout the organization, building a more inclusive experience for their members!

🚀 Exciting News: ParsonsTKO is now PTKO! 🚀 We're thrilled to share our new name with you as a reflection of our evolution and growth. When Tony Kopetchny and Nate Parsons founded ParsonsTKO in 2013, they aimed to bridge a critical gap in the mission-driven sector. In those early days, they relied on their individual reputations when the company didn’t have its own history or past performance. Over the past decade, the ParsonsTKO team has helped nonprofit organizations expand their impact through technology planning, data strategy, change management, and data-driven decision-making. We've had the privilege of working with inspiring organizations, large and small, to advance their missions. As we enter our second decade, we've grown from a scrappy startup to a company defined by our collective ethos, culture, and shared history. To reflect this transformation, we're shifting from ParsonsTKO to PTKO, symbolizing that our success is a collective achievement of our team, partners, and the broader PTKO Community. Visit us at ptko.io (our old site will still redirect you), and continue to rely on the PTKO team as your digital transformation partners. #NewName #SameMission #DigitalTransformation #NonprofitTech
