  • Successful acquisitions require precise, reliable due diligence, especially when expanding into new markets. Earlier this year, our client—a real estate investment trust—engaged Partner to support their expansion into Canadian real estate with a comprehensive due diligence assessment for 75 manufactured housing communities across Canada. Despite the challenges of the portfolio’s geographic diversity, National Client Manager and Principal Amanda Horan was determined to meet her client's needs, so she enlisted Director of Canadian Operations, Jamie Jastrab Jastraub, who rose to the challenge and leveraged her Canadian connections to supplement our team with local resources throughout the provinces. They completed all site visits on schedule and delivered quality reports, including equity-level PCAs, ESAs, Land Title Surveys, and Zoning reports within the tight 30-day timeline. When the transaction resumed in July 2024, Partner swiftly converted these reports to debt-level formats to satisfy the lender’s requirements, achieving a 15-day turnaround for all 75 sites. Our ability to adapt and deliver high-quality reports under challenging conditions underscores our commitment to supporting our clients’ success. https://lnkd.in/gVfucWFy
