Our 2nd annual update meeting took place today at Portal Innovations, LLC in Atlanta. Two of the biotechs we have invested in were with us to share important updates: Dr. Moayed Hamza, CMO of Afimmune Ltd shared an update on their research involving Epeleuton for Sickle Cell Disease and Daniel Powell, CEO of Spark Biomedical Inc shared an update into their Neurostimulation device, Sparrow, for the treatment of heavy menstrual bleeding & Von Willebrand Disease.
