Today, we’d love to announce our investment in Devii! Devii just announced they closed their round with Homegrown Capital, #generator1889fund (Ben Stanley and gener8tor), North Dakota Department of Commerce Development Fund and us, Pathway Ventures! Devii is an API management platform founded by Anthony M., his software is compatible with SQL databases with their goal being to make API creation and management much simpler. Let the voting begin! In the Championship matchup, we have #9 State College, PA, squaring off against #6 Fargo, ND. Both of these cities are not to be underestimated. The noise coming out of State College, particularly from the fervent crowd at Penn State, has been nothing short of extraordinary throughout this tournament. Meanwhile, Fargo has consistently risen to the challenge, fearlessly taking on any city that stands in its path. Which city has what it takes to win #MidwestMadness2024? P.S. The champion gets a party hosted by the team at Midwest Startups and M25 in their city!

This past weekend, we had a fun time cheering Cam Landis to a second-place finish in the shot put and the North Dakota State University Men's Track & Field team to a second-place finish overall in the Summit League Indoor Championships. The team was just 1.5 points from capturing the title! Cam is an accomplished athlete who is very active within the NDSU College of Business. He is studying to earn an MBA, is a member of the Possibility Fellowship, and is active in Pathway Ventures. Cam is an excellent example of how well the lessons learned in athletics, such as leadership, perseverance, and teamwork, translate into the world of entrepreneurship. #NDSUEntrepreneur #ExperienceNDSU #GoBison

We are pleased to announce our first investment in Tavolo alongside O'Leary Ventures, Groove Capital & Techstars. This is the beginning of an opportunity to co-invest alongside the biggest names in the Midwest in terms of VC Capital, like Kevin O'Leary & his team (Paul L. Palandjian, Matt Scalise & David Haukaas). We're excited to continue to build a relationship with O'Leary as well as the guys at Tavolo (Taranvir Johal, Salman Elmi, Abdi Hassan). They've done an awesome job thus far and from meeting them at Prairie Capital Summit last fall to now investing with them has been a great experience these last few months. We're excited to see them keep growing!
