Dr. Makower is the Boston Scientific Applied Bioengineering Professor of Medicine and of Bioengineering at the Stanford University Schools of Medicine and Engineering and the Director of the Stanford Byers Center for Biodesign. Dr. Oesterle is a former SVP of Medicine and Technology for Medtronic, Plc. and previously led the Interventional Cardiology programs at Stanford University and the Massachusetts General Hospital, part of the Harvard Medical School.
