  • It's time for a Professional Development Consortium (PDC) Member Spotlight! 🌟 Meet Paula Dixton Parvin, Director of Attorney Development at Greenberg Traurig! 🌟 Paula has been a PDC member since 2004 and brings a wealth of experience, having spent most of her life and career in Chicago, though she now calls the Phoenix area home. ⭐ What’s something surprising about Paula? She once volunteered at Boon Lott’s, an ethical elephant rescue in Thailand—and hopes to go back one day! 🐘 (Check out a picture of Paula and her husband at the elephant rescue below!) ⭐ Her latest read? A special one—her husband and father-in-law just published their first novel, The Fair Gods: The Arrival, under the pen name Ricardo Santos Bell. 📖 ⭐ Right now, Paula’s favorite word is “Bubbe”—because she’s recently become a first-time grandparent! 💕 Paula describes the PDC as her “PDHub,” a place where learning, mentoring, and community come together seamlessly. Some favorite PDC moments? Connecting with the Hotshot Inc. team, learning from Jennifer Hollenbeck Sarhaddi’s session on mentoring with technology, and every friendly encounter with Larry Brown. One innovation she’s proud of? Paula’s team created an Attorney Development Innovation Manager role to bridge PD and innovation—a game-changing success. 🚀 Read more about Paula in her PDC member feature here: https://lnkd.in/gxweTWWr Thank you, Paula, for all you do for your team, colleagues, and then PDC! 🙏
