Financial Advice that Enhances Your Wealth, Not Ours.
About us
On the one hand, there are banks: conservative, impersonal, and far from forward thinking. Banks are unspectacular in every way, including the returns you can expect from your investments. No one is happy with the service they get from their bank. And after the financial debacle of the past decade, banks have lost credibility, respect and the public's trust. On the other hand, there are brokerage houses: more worldly. Pricier, perhaps. They deal with complicated financial instruments. They have become experts in "taking risk." And after the financial debacle of the past decade, they too have lost credibility, respect and the public's trust. Stuck in the middle is the "earnest investor." The person who recognizes the value of having a plan, and who yearns for more than a bank - but is too nervous, or uninformed, or untrusting, to feel comfortable at a big brokerage house. This is our opportunity - our market - the people we want to help. We are not affiliated with any broker, bank, accounting firm, law firm or insurance company. We are accountable only to our clients and have only their best interests at heart, fully embracing the concept of fiduciary responsibility. We are consistently ranked among the top fee-only financial planning firms in central Ohio*. And we’re recognized as one of the top independent fee-only wealth management firms in the country**.

What Are the Benefits of a Fee-Only Financial Advisor? Fee-only financial advisors are paid only by you for the work performed on your behalf. This allows your advisor to act as a true fiduciary to do what is right for you. Among the benefits of fee-only include: ☑️ Transparency ☑️ No hidden charges ☑️ No conflicts of interest to sell a certain product line or company offering ☑️ More predictable costs ☑️ A focus on advice rather than selling financial products

As we start to transition into fall, we’re reflecting on our unforgettable summer adventures and many memories made. Our travels took us far and wide including San Diego, Cape Cod, Colorado, the Carolinas, Florida and Michigan. Along the way, our team indulged in lots of cake and ice cream, golf, breweries, and of course, lots of family (and baby) time. 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗲 went to Seaside, Florida for a family vacation over the 4th of July. It was very hot and humid, but they had a great time. Beth McCampbell welcomed Gabriella Grace (GG) to the McCampbell family at the end of July! Big brother Gray has been loving on her so well, being kind enough to show her his belly! Alyssa Troyer celebrated Hadley turning one year old in July! She is a huge fan of cake. Jimmy Rogers, CFP® and his crew had a summer filled with a lot of fun celebrating the 4th, vacationing on their favorite lake in Michigan, celebrating birthdays and meeting animals at the fair. A major milestone reached this summer is all three kiddos are jumping off the high dive! Jamie Menges, CFP®, CPA and his family had a great trip to San Diego. Drew Potosky, CFP® spent the summer eating ice cream, visiting family in Cleveland and Raleigh, and running around playgrounds with his almost 2 year old, Declan. Allison Brockman enjoyed a lot of family time and finally said yes to a wedding dress! Jillian Wendling enjoyed a busy summer from winning little league baseball championships to feeding the giraffes at the Columbus Zoo and celebrating the 4th of July with family and friends to wrapping up the summer with a trip to their family’s favorite beach spot Folly Beach, SC. Karl L. made a trip to Colorado to hike in Rocky Mountain National Park. The trail he took was labelled as “hard” but that didn’t stop him from giving it a go! He finished the hike (about 9 miles) in 6:11:35 and enjoyed every second of the mountains, valleys, and waterfalls. While in Colorado, he also explored Denver, caught a Rockies game, and toured Blue Moon Brewing Co. in the RiNo district. Luke Babner spent a lot of time with friends and family. He traveled to Cape Cod on an annual family vacation to visit his grandparents, along with attending the Memorial Tournament, and the occasional wedding. He will be embarking on a golf trip with some friends in a couple of weeks to culminate an already successful summer. Kevin Doll, MS, CFP® was busy hiking, finding new breweries and attending an amazing year of Columbus Crew soccer! He travelled to the Poconos with his wife and furbaby Porter, have tried 10 new breweries this year, and enjoyed great music and dancing at the Dublin Irish Festival. Kevin also had a great on-field experience volunteering for the MLS Allstar game here in Columbus.

By charging our clients a flat, fixed dollar fee, we avoid the inherent conflicts of asset-based pricing models, which is the industry norm. 𝗜𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹.
