Virginia is stepping up for solar! 🚀 Solar Energy Industries Association has compiled the biggest solar industry wins so far in 2024. In Virginia, a series of bipartisan bills are making solar more accessible and affordable. Key achievements include enabling third-party rooftop solar leasing and expanding the "Shared Solar" program, which will now benefit more communities, including those in Southwest Virginia. SEIA, along with Chesapeake Solar & Storage Association (CHESSA) and other partners, was instrumental in advancing these initiatives.
